Who can attend?

This retreat is open to youth who attend our church in any capacity, as well as youth who currently participate or have participated with our youth group in the past.

If you know a young person who is interested but has not previously been affiliated with our church or youth group, please speak with Jeffrey DeLee before signing them up.

How to sign up

1. Select Fall Retreat Signup.
2. Complete the registration form with the requested information.
3. Submit the form. Adult workers should use the Adult Worker application linked on the signup page.

Parents must also print, complete, and return the separate student medical form provided on the signup page.

$30 registration / T-shirt fee

The $30 fee includes your Fall Retreat T-shirt. Please turn in cash or a check to Jeffrey DeLee or a Youth Committee leader: Amber DeLee, Leslie Hinton, or Bridget Stokes.

Overnight retreat

We will stay overnight at Hunt Branch Lakes on November 22 and November 23, returning home on November 24.

Workers & volunteers: we need your help!

We are looking for additional chaperones to help monitor the grounds and our youth throughout the retreat, along with volunteers to help with meals, cleaning, and other responsibilities.

If you can only help for a few hours, that time would still be greatly appreciated. Let us know what you are willing to help with and when you are available, and we will see where we can best use the services you are offering.

Adult workers staying with us must complete the Adult Worker signup. We need a completed signup for every person attending.

Pray with us

This is a big undertaking for our youth ministry, and we cannot do it alone. We sincerely appreciate those who give their time, resources, and support to our youth.

Please pray for our students, workers, teaching, safety, and all the details of the retreat. Pray that everything goes smoothly and, above all, that Christ would be glorified through it.

Our theme is JUSTIFIED. We look forward to digging into the glorious truth that sinners are justified by faith alone in Christ alone, entirely by the grace of God.

Thank you for your prayers, your support, and your willingness to serve!
